Licence
Dotto is published by ZYNTEC LLC and licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms. If they conflict, Apple's agreement applies.
Dotto Pro
The free version of Dotto includes a limited number of prints per day and saved designs; the current limits are shown in the app. Dotto Pro removes these limits and unlocks additional features. It is offered as a weekly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. The price is shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Where a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- To use Pro on a new device or after Reset my data, use Restore purchases with the same Apple ID.
Printers
Dotto is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any printer manufacturer. Brand and model names are used only to describe compatibility. Print results depend on your printer, paper and battery. Printer families marked as experimental have not been verified on real hardware; they may not work, may print incorrectly or may waste paper. Use them at your own risk.
Your content
What you create in Dotto belongs to you. You are responsible for having the rights to the photos, text and other material you print.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dotto is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost paper or damage arising from the use of unsupported or experimental printers. Nothing in these terms limits rights that you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

Dotto Pro

Haftalık veya yıllık otomatik yenilenen abonelik ya da tek seferlik ömür boyu satın alma olarak sunulur. Fiyat, satın almadan önce uygulamada yerel para biriminle gösterilir.
- Ödeme, satın almayı onayladığında Apple Kimliğinden alınır.
- Abonelik, dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse kendiliğinden yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde alınır.
- Aboneliklerini App Store hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsin. İptal, sonraki yenilemeyi durdurur; Pro ödenen dönemin sonuna kadar açık kalır.
- Ücretsiz deneme sunulduğunda, kullanılmayan kısmı abonelik satın alındığında geçersiz olur.
- İadeleri Apple reportaproblem.apple.com üzerinden yönetir.
- Pro'yu yeni bir cihazda veya Verilerimi sıfırla'dan sonra kullanmak için aynı Apple Kimliğiyle Satın alımları geri yükle'ye dokun.
Yazıcılar
Dotto bağımsız bir uygulamadır; hiçbir yazıcı üreticisiyle bağlantısı, onayı veya sponsorluğu yoktur. Marka ve model adları yalnızca uyumluluğu anlatmak için kullanılır. Baskı sonucu yazıcına, kağıda ve pile bağlıdır. Deneysel olarak işaretlenen yazıcı aileleri gerçek cihazda doğrulanmamıştır; çalışmayabilir, hatalı basabilir veya kağıt harcayabilir. Kullanımı senin sorumluluğundadır.
İçeriğin
Dotto'da oluşturduğun her şey sana aittir. Bastığın fotoğraf, metin ve diğer içeriklerin haklarına sahip olmak senin sorumluluğundadır.
Sorumluluk
Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde Dotto "olduğu gibi" sunulur; desteklenmeyen veya deneysel yazıcıların kullanımından doğan kağıt kaybı ya da hasar gibi dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu koşullar, zorunlu tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarını sınırlamaz.

Dotto wird von ZYNTEC LLC veröffentlicht und dir nach Apples Standard-Endbenutzer-Lizenzvertrag für lizenzierte Apps sowie diesen Bedingungen lizenziert. Bei Widersprüchen gilt Apples Vertrag.
Dotto Pro
Die kostenlose Version von Dotto enthält eine begrenzte Zahl an Drucken pro Tag und gespeicherten Designs; die aktuellen Grenzen zeigt die App. Dotto Pro hebt diese Grenzen auf und schaltet weitere Funktionen frei. Es gibt Dotto Pro als wöchentliches oder jährliches, automatisch verlängertes Abo oder als einmaligen Kauf auf Lebenszeit. Der Preis wird vor dem Kauf in der App in deiner Landeswährung angezeigt.
- Die Zahlung wird bei Bestätigung des Kaufs über deine Apple-ID abgerechnet.
- Ein Abo verlängert sich automatisch, wenn es nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ende des laufenden Zeitraums gekündigt wird. Die Verlängerung wird innerhalb der 24 Stunden vor Ablauf berechnet.
- Abos verwaltest und kündigst du in den Einstellungen deines App-Store-Accounts. Eine Kündigung beendet die nächste Verlängerung; Pro bleibt bis zum Ende des bezahlten Zeitraums aktiv.
- Wird ein Gratis-Probezeitraum angeboten, verfällt dessen ungenutzter Teil beim Kauf eines Abos.
- Erstattungen wickelt Apple unter reportaproblem.apple.com ab.
- Um Pro auf einem neuen Gerät oder nach „Meine Daten zurücksetzen“ zu nutzen, tippe mit derselben Apple-ID auf „Käufe wiederherstellen“.
Drucker
Dotto ist eine unabhängige App und mit keinem Druckerhersteller verbunden, von keinem empfohlen oder gesponsert. Marken- und Modellnamen dienen nur der Beschreibung der Kompatibilität. Das Druckergebnis hängt von Drucker, Papier und Akku ab. Als experimentell gekennzeichnete Druckerfamilien wurden nicht an echter Hardware geprüft; sie funktionieren möglicherweise nicht, drucken fehlerhaft oder verbrauchen Papier. Die Nutzung erfolgt auf eigenes Risiko.
Deine Inhalte
Was du in Dotto gestaltest, gehört dir. Du bist dafür verantwortlich, die Rechte an Fotos, Texten und anderen Inhalten zu haben, die du druckst.
Haftung
Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, wird Dotto „wie besehen“ bereitgestellt, und wir haften nicht für mittelbare Schäden oder Folgeschäden, etwa verbrauchtes Papier oder Schäden durch nicht unterstützte oder experimentelle Drucker. Zwingende Verbraucherrechte bleiben von diesen Bedingungen unberührt.
